TransportationSale of 100% stake in Allcom to Hili Ventures
The owners of Allcom retained Saski Partners to work on the sale of the company. Allcom is on of the leading freight forwarding company in Poland. Saski Partners co-ordinated the process of seeking bids, helped evaluate them and assisted Allcom’s owners in negotiations. The sale agreement with Hili Ventures from Malta was signed in May 2016, and the transaction closed in September 2016 after regulatory approval was received.
