Saski Partners acted as an exclusive financial advisor to the owners of Alvo, the leading Polish manufacturer and integrator of OR equipment in the process of obtaining mezzanine financing.
Saski Partners reached numerous leading PE/mezzanine players and supported the owners in transaction structuring and final negotiations with Czech family office BHM Group. The deal comprised convertible loan with option to sell a minority stake to the investor at conversion.
