    Acquisition of Centrum Klima in a public tender offer for shares

    In 2012 Saski Partners advised Lindab Group, an international producer and distributor of building and ventilation systems, on its acquisition of shares in Centrum Klima. Lindab took 100% control of Centrum Klima, a leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and climate-control systems, through a combination of purchase of shares from the founder as well as the financial investors in a public tender offer and a later squeeze-out transaction.
