    Restructuring of financial debt and IRS transaction

    In 2014 Saski Partners advised Catalina Investment on the refinancing of a loan from Bank BPH for the construction of an office building. Saski Partners helped the developer adjust the financing structure to the requirements of the project, receiving an extension of the financing period. Along with the optimisation of debt financing, the first interest-rate hedge was put in place.
