In 2010, Saski Partners advised the American hedge fund Eton Park on its acquisition of Ruch SA, Poland’s largest press distributor. Saski Partners supported the fund and a management group in their purchase of a controlling stake in Ruch from the State Treasury, followed by a public tender for the remaining shares and the company’s delisting from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
