In 2015, Saski Partners advised Platan Group on a refinancing, combined with raising funds for a renovation of the 2000 Plaza office building in Warsaw. The refinancing was carried out on the assumption that the building would be recommercialised. Saski Partners worked with Platan to create a financial model and present the project to banks. Alior Bank was eventually selected for the EUR 15.5 million plan.
