In 2013 Saski Partners advised Platan Group on the refinancing of office real estate to fully pay off the initial financing, and receive additional financing, increasing the LTV ratio. As a result, Platan received an EUR 19 million long-term credit, using it to pay off EUR 15.5 million of initial financing.
