Saski Partners, part of Corporate Finance International, acted as the exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of MEWO S.A. on a PLN 62.5 million equity investment from Vinci S.A., a fund management company specialising in private equity and venture capital within the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) Group.

Founded in 2013, MEWO S.A. is Poland’s largest provider of environmental, geophysical, and geotechnical offshore survey services. The company delivers specialist solutions to offshore wind farms, oil and gas installations, subsea telecommunications networks, and critical infrastructure monitoring, operating across the Baltic, Mediterranean, and North Seas. With a team of over 200 professionals and a proprietary fleet of survey vessels, MEWO has participated in all major offshore wind farm development projects in the Polish Baltic Sea zone.

The investment by Vinci S.A., the largest single transaction from the company’s private equity fund to date, will support MEWO’s geographical expansion strategy, further fleet development, and the scaling of its research and development capabilities. The company aims to become a leading European provider of subsea and geoscience services, with planned expansion into the Black Sea and Indian Ocean markets.
