In 2013 Saski Partners advised Galeon, a leading producer of luxury yachts and boats, on a balance sheet optimisation and changes to the structure of its debt financing, to better meet the company’s development and investment needs. As a result Saski Partners’ efforts Galeon refinanced short-term loans from three banks with a 10-year loan form Deutsche Bank.
